01About Syncentra

Built for refrigeration. Developed in daily practice.

Syncentra is software for refrigeration companies, developed out of the daily practice of a Dutch refrigeration business. From work orders and technician scheduling to F-gas records and refrigerant cylinder management: everything comes together in one clear system that matches how your team actually works.

Work order overview in Syncentra software for MEP Koeltechniek
Our story

It started in the daily practice
of MEP Koeltechniek.

At MEP Koeltechniek, work orders, scheduling, customer records, vehicles, tools and refrigerant cylinders were tracked in different places. That made it hard to keep an overview and to find current information quickly.

Syncentra was built to bring these processes together. In collaboration with MEP, the platform was shaped around the daily workflow of planners and refrigeration technicians: from a new job and its scheduling through to execution, record keeping and administrative handling.

What began as a solution for a single refrigeration company grew into standard software for refrigeration businesses that want fewer disconnected systems and more grip on their daily work.

  • Developed from a real refrigeration workflow
  • Work orders, scheduling, customers and assets managed centrally
  • Refrigerant cylinders and certificates recorded clearly
  • Improved continuously on feedback from daily practice
What we stand for

Practice decides how
we build Syncentra.

What began at MEP Koeltechniek still underpins every product decision. These four principles shape what we build, how we simplify processes and how Syncentra keeps improving for everyone who uses it.

Practice as the starting point

Every improvement starts with a concrete question from the daily work of planners and refrigeration technicians. We build what delivers a better overview, fewer manual steps and a clearer process.

Simplicity at every step

Software should make the work easier, not add new paperwork. That is why we bring work orders, scheduling and records together into one logical workflow.

Carefully recorded

In refrigeration, every detail counts. Syncentra helps you record refrigerant cylinders, certificates and job data in a structured, current and findable way.

Improving for everyone

Syncentra is standard software for refrigeration companies. We use feedback from the field to develop the product further, so improvements reach every user.

Those same principles also shape how we work with the companies that use Syncentra.

Our path

From scattered lists
to one platform.

The trigger

Born in daily practice

At MEP Koeltechniek, work orders, scheduling and refrigerant cylinders were spread across spreadsheets, calendars and messages. On busy days in particular, finding current information cost time.

The first version

A system for the daily operation

The first version brought work orders, customers, sites and technician scheduling into one environment. Together with MEP, the software was tested in daily work and improved step by step.

The expansion

From refrigerant cylinders to finance

Certificates, vehicles, tools, quotes and invoices followed. That is how Syncentra grew into one central platform for the daily running of the business.

Today

Standard software for refrigeration companies

What was developed with MEP Koeltechniek and is used in practice every day is now available as standard software for refrigeration companies that want to manage work orders, scheduling and records from a single environment.
